Richmond Rye

Richmond Rye is truly small batch in every detail. The grains come from Rusmar Farms, located just 8 miles from our distillery. From there, the entire process – milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging, and bottling – is done within our facility. Each "small batch" is truly small -- we mingle three barrels produced in the same distillation run and bottle that as one batch. The barrels are Ozark White Oak from McGinnis Wood Products.

MASH: 67% Rye, 20% Corn, 13% Malted Barley

COCKTAIL RECOMMENDATIONS: Makes an excellent Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
