Red Fife Wheat

Red Fife Wheat was a popular wheat varietal grown in Canada throughout the 1800s. As farming techniques modernized and wheat strains were crossbred, this delicious grain was mostly lost to the ages. In 2015, Dave Greenfield of Greenfield Family Farm started growing Red Fife Wheat for 45th Parallel Distillery. Heritage grains bring robust flavors, depth, and character to your whiskey glass.
