Border Bourbon is truly small batch in every detail. The grains come from Rusmar Farms, located just 8 miles from our distillery. From there, the entire process – milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging, and bottling – is done within our facility. Each small bottling batch comes from five barrels produced in the same distillation run. The barrels are Ozark White Oak from McGinnis Wood Products.

MASH: 62% Corn, 12.5% Wheat, 12.5% Rye, 13% Malted Barley
